VISAYAS - Quality Assurance Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Quality Supervisor is responsible for the staffing, training and development of each QA Specialist to ensure all programs are monitored/surveyed, pursuant to TeleTech's and the client's specifications. He/She shall provide high-quality, consistent service, support, and information throughout the customer experience-from the moment they begin their relationship with a client to every interaction they have afterward.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College education required and post graduate studies preferred or equivalent work-related experience
  • Experience with training and/or coaching.
  • Previous Quality Assurance experience required.
  • Knowledge of computers with experience in Windows, word-processing and database applications (MS Office suite preferred).
  • Must type 25 WPM.
  • Data entry and proofreading skills required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and departments
  • Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations.
  • Ability and/or experience in handling and maintaining confidential information.
  • Able to work in shifts as required.
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity
  • Identify areas of development and opportunities to improve processes
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bacolod.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
