Inbound Technical Customer Service Associate (Bacolod City)
(Western Visayas - Bacolod City)



RESPONSIBILITIES:
An Inbound Technical Customer Service Associate handles Cable Internet assistance and technical support.
 
 


REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for candidates who have completed at least 72 units or equivalent to 2 years of college education preferably a computer related course.

We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations.

Has the ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries.

Has strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to adapt to change, meeting the changing demands of the work environment

Applicants must have excellent verbal and oral English communication skills.

A previous call center work experience is an advantage

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
