Responsibilities:

• meets all StarTek and client established performance measurements
• performs data analysis and apply corrective action to accurately resolve order issues and reflow orders through various systems
• ensures the customer's service commitment is met
• investigates, diagnoses and isolates order discrepancies within the provisioning systems
• accurately prepares, updates, and manages all required internal customer and client-reporting.
• demonstrates effective utilization of spreadsheet, word processing and e-mail programs

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• Six (6) months or more related experience
• willing to be assigned in Makati City, Metro Manila
• excellent work attitude with no attendance issues
• has the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• quality and detail-oriented
• has the ability to multi-task
• has the ability to effectively commmunicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization, including presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• can adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
