Customer Care Executives
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in the Contact Center industry
- Experience in order-entry will be preferred
- Up-selling exposure will be considered as additional skill
- Available to start ASAP
- Must be fluent in communication and comprehension skills – Excellent English (Written and Spoken)
- Soft skill and rapport building proficiency
- Have the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Computer literate and keyboard familiarity
- Willingness to work in night shifts, weekends & holidays
- Flexible to adjust per schedules without preferred weekly offs
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
