Responsibilities:

• MALE/FEMALE, with his/her own car



• not more than 40 yars old. residents of Pampanga or nearby areas



• with 4-5 years experience in managerial capacity earned from a freightforwarding company



• with excellent people management skills



• excellen oral/written communication skills

• spearheads the preparation and review of volume / revenue/ profit budgets for area of responsibility.



• formulates/ oversees the implementation of appropriate sales / marketing strategies to attain volume / revenue / profit objectives.



• review the proposals / quottions prepared by sales personnels and ensures that over-all profitability is attained for every customer handled.



• ensures that all shipments are properly monitored from booking to delivery and timely updates are given to counterparts and customers.



• liaises with customs, PEZA and other government and private groups related to the freight forwarding, customs brokerage and logistics industry.



• checks and signs all billings to its correctness / completeness in terms of rates applied, format prior to submisssion to clients.



• Transport/Warehousing



• ensures maximum utilization of trucks at any given period through proper itinerary planning



• regularly coordinates with import and export department regarding clients' pick-up and delivery.





• ensures proper usage of warehouse, office fixtures and materials. ensures warehouse space is properly utilized and maximized.



• ensures that stored cargoes and materials at the warehouse are properly identified, protected and safeguarded



• monitors proper and accurate inventory of cargoes and materials



• ensures staff to consistently conducts double checking of markings / labels of cargoes prior to dispatch

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
• Preferred skill(s): COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in CLARK.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
