Our primary purpose is to support and assist in the advancement of Information Technology in the Philippines through innovations in software and systems development; engage in the business of providing Online Market Service in the Internet where businesses and consumers sell and buy goods and services except Equity Securities, either through auction or outright purchase; and provide a venue online to help facilitate import and export for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines. The Market Service links the sellers and the buyers and does not engage in the business of Retail Trade and Internet Service Provider (ISP). The Market Service includes Product Registration and Escrow System that protect both the buyer and the seller. Transactions between sellers and buyers can either be business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C) or consumer to consumer (C2C).

Auction.Ph Corporation aims to provide profit not only to the company but to the numerous buyers and sellers who will constitute its membership. It will take the lead in the online auction market in the Philippines by developing various options and by providing buyer-centered services. And it will do its best to create an image as the most faithful in commercial transactions by fitting in with the culture and environment of the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Translating opportunities and business needs into business requirements by formally documenting and presenting requirements with quantified business case/ROI justifications
• Identifying and justifying creative product solutions to enhance buying, selling and transaction experience across Auction.ph
• Developing business and product requirements documents for the various product strategies and collaborating with other product managers and business owners to define the business goals and metrics
• Come up to speed quickly on the platform and features, function s and existing customer implementations
• Lead the definition of projects and features specified by the business units that use the platform.
• Write comprehensive product development specs
• Develop and manage a road map of projects across multiple Business Units
• Clearly communicate and evangelize product benefits to internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or Doctorate (PhD) in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
