Company History
Asiatic Development Corporation and its affiliate Basic Housing Solutions, Inc. is a dynamic real estate company engaged in land acquisition, housing development and marketing of quality and affordable housing units and properties.

Asiatic Development Corporation was duly organized under Philippine laws and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 25, 1970 and was reorganized in 1982 to engage primarily in real estate acquisition and subdivision development and marketing. Basic Housing Solutions, Inc. was duly organized and registered on April 25, 1992.

Basic Housing Solutions, Inc. is an active member of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) and Chamber of Real Estate Builders’ Association (CREBA). It is one of the first accredited UHLP (Unified Housing Loan Program), originators of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC). Its role has been duly recognized by the government through NHMFC and the Home Development and Mutual Fund (HDMF/Pag-IBIG Fund)

SUNSHINE HOMES
This Project nestles on the hills of Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. Sunshine Homes is a fully developed community of some 300 units.

CASA DE MONTEVERDE
Literally housed on a green mountain, this subdivision of almost a thousand units of single-detached houses sits on a rolling, hilly terrain of Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite providing a scenic and peaceful environment to its homeowners.

MANDARIN HOMES I
Adjacent to Sunshine Homes and Casa de Monteverde in Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite is Mandarin Homes I. It is a thriving community of more than 1,000 units of quality homes amidst a rustic and peaceful environment for middle-income employees of the metropolis.


MANDARIN HOMES II
Away from the city but located in the first-class municipality of Imus, Cavite is Mandarin Homes II. It provides haven to the families of some 200 middle-income employees and entrepreneurs.

VILLA LUISA HOMES I

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna and Pampanga.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
