100 Technical Support Engineers

Technical Support Engineers provide support for Trendmicro Anti-virus, Trendmicro Internet Security and Trendmicro Internet Security Pro through phone, chat and email to customers from North America, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia

Basic requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 6 months contact center experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Windows Operating System
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules or night shift

20 Anti-Malware Engineers

Performs day-to-day analysis of virus threats affecting customers and creates appropriate countermeasures. AM Engineers also provide quality and timely solutions to customers’ threat-related problems within the respective Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Basic requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or their equivalent
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Be willing to work on shifting schedule or 24 x 7 basis
• Be willing to extend service and be on-call to meet targets/demands
• Be proficient in Assembly Language or any programming languages
