JobStreet.com's IMPACT solution currently enables companies under the Ayala Group to accept online applications by posting their vacancies at www.careersatayala.com. Jobseekers may apply to the job openings posted or submit their resumes for future vacancies through Ayala Group's Talent Databank. Various tools activated in the IMPACT solution allow Ayala Group's Talent Management Team to sort and screen applicants easily, as well as give real-time updates on their application status through automated emails or text messages.
Technology enables a shared talent network
